How it works
- Step 1
Complete your details
Fill in your Personal Information Form — Sections A to K — covering your personal, vehicle and banking details.
- Step 2
Read and sign
Read the declaration in full, then apply your signature digitally to confirm everything is accurate.
- Step 3
Upload documents
Attach your ID, licence, bank letter, proof of address and vehicle documents.
- Step 4
Submit for approval
Bhundu Logistics reviews your details and you download your signed pack for your records.
